EXTENSION CUSTOM CUTTING

Are you noticing an increase in “choppy layers” that disrupt the flow and harmony of your clients’ hair? The final cut is a crucial step in creating a polished look, and it’s important not to jeopardize the integrity of your client’s new extensions or damage their natural hair beneath. When finishing your client’s look, you never want to send them elsewhere for a color or cut, as it can lead to disastrous results.

Many “extensions-only” salons are not even licensed, and here in Arizona, we frequently find ourselves correcting their clients’ extensions and color, a direct consequence of an unregulated industry. By joining my program, you will learn precision point cutting techniques that ensure perfect corners, seamless lengths, and the reusability of hair strands. This advanced training is led by a Hair Extensions Master with over 35 years of licensed experience.

MOST TRAINED TECHNIQUES

Strand-by-Strand Extension methods encompass a variety of techniques, including HairLocs, EuroLocs, Dream Catchers, Micro Links, MicroLocs, iTIPS, and more. I teach a unique approach using the smallest pure copper capsules, combined with a holistic hair repair focus to ensure healthy, long-lasting results.

Keratin Extension methods, also known by names such as Great Lengths, Cold Fusion, U-Tips, Protein Bonds, Shrinkies, Snuggies, and others, require the correct adhesive for each attachment type. I emphasize choosing the right adhesive for the specific method, assessing each client’s needs, and addressing any medical concerns to ensure the best results for every individual.

Wefted or Beaded Row Extension methods have been in use for decades and include techniques such as Speedy Weaves, Beaded Wefts, Flat Tracks, Tapes, Skin Wefts, Lace Frontals, Sew-Ins, and Cornrows. I provide comprehensive training in these methods to offer a range of options for your clients.

For those interested in supporting medical and hair loss patients, I also teach an in-depth wig-making class, providing the skills needed to create custom wigs and contribute to the needs of those suffering from hair loss.
